I Went To A Hypnosis Session
I constantly feel like I have to do more, perform better, achieve something. I worry about money, family, friends, and health almost every day.
I‘ve been looking for some sort of relaxation technique that I could use daily to remove stress and reenergize.
I’m not a yoga guy. I was looking for something simpler, something that I could apply instantly to make myself feel better on a daily basis.
I read about hypnosis a long time ago, but I’m a skeptical character, and I didn’t put too much trust in someone telling me nice words and sending me into an unconscious world where I’ll see roses and ultimate happiness.
I have my opinion, and basically, I don’t easily trust anyone or anything. In short, it’s “since I caught myself in a lie, I don’t trust anyone anymore.”
I don’t believe in hypnosis, but the truth is I’ve never actually undergone a hypnosis session. Since I read that there’s no deeper state of relaxation than what you can experience under hypnosis, I finally decided to give it a try.
I thought, if I could find an effective way to relax and reenergize, that would help me be more productive and happier. Or at least, it would alleviate everyday stress.
